Age Requirement

The bs322 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If any user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Terms

• Withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is pending.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of an active bonus are met.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, bs322 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person, from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The contribution of specific games toward wagering calculations may vary.

VIP Program

bs322's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on continued participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week according to specific rules and bs322 reserves the right to change its methodology.

General Gaming Rules

• Games can only be played with an active and verified account.
• There must be sufficient balance in the account. Betting on credit is not possible.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered in that round will be refunded.
• The software used to determine game outcomes uses a certified random number generator (RNG).
• The result of any bet or game will be considered final; in the event of any dispute or technical disagreement, bs322's decision will be final.

Special Terms for Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted before the event starts; cancelled bets will not be accepted after the event has begun (except for live betting).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, a refund policy for bets applies.
